The operation itself is performed at the hospital or surgery center best suited to your procedure: Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, Los Gatos Community Hospital–El Camino in Los Gatos, Silicon Valley Surgery Center in Los Gatos, or Fremont Surgery Center in Fremont. You will know which facility to expect at your consultation, and our surgery coordinator handles the scheduling with them.

Getting Here

The office is at 3190 S Bascom Ave, Suite 170, in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose, close to the Bascom and Camden intersection and a short drive from Highway 85 and Highway 17.
