Dr. Richard Nguyen stands at the forefront of surgical innovation in the Bay Area as a distinguished board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery from the prestigious Vanderbilt University. With over two decades of surgical expertise since 2001 and serving the San Jose community since 2007, Dr. Nguyen has established himself as a pioneering force in advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Avery Joseph brings vast surgical expertise to patients throughout the Los Gatos and San Jose communities. Her comprehensive educational journey began at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she earned dual degrees in biology and chemistry, establishing a strong scientific foundation for her medical career.

Morgan Carmean, NP, brings exceptional expertise in general and bariatric surgery to Lifetime Surgical, where she combines clinical excellence with a deeply personalized approach to patient care. A graduate of Virginia Tech and Samford University's nursing program, Morgan has built her practice on the foundation of evidence-based medicine delivered with genuine compassion.

Since joining Lifetime Surgical in 2018, Brooke has established herself as the cornerstone of our practice operations. As Clinic Manager and Surgery Coordinator, she masterfully orchestrates the patient experience from initial consultation through successful recovery.

Elva brings years of healthcare experience to her role as a medical assistant at Lifetime Surgical, where she has served patients since 2022. Her healthcare career began at age 18, driven by a passion for patient-centered care that continues to define her professional approach.

Rebecca serves as a Medical Assistant at Lifetime Surgical, bringing a rare blend of compassion and technical expertise to our practice. Drawing on her comprehensive training in medical procedures, patient assessments, and administrative coordination, she seamlessly integrates clinical precision with heartfelt care.
